    A data-driven and insightful technical recruiter, Amber Retke is passionate about growing teams and dreams. She kickstarted the first 8 years of her professional career as the Director of Recruitment for the UNL College of Engineering before she transitioned into corporate recruiting 5 years ago.  Since transitioning over to industry, Amber has recruited for roles in marketing, human resources, compliance, operations, and most heavily, IT. Her joy in recruiting, so far, has been helping people feel heard and supported. She believes in giving all her candidates a pleasant and positive recruiting experience because job searching is rarely an easy process.


    When Amber is not recruiting or scheduling technical interviews, she loves to spend quality time with her family – who are huge on gaming. She also is a proud karate parent to her son and is pretty involved with Elite Martial Arts.
