How to successfully recruit in-demand tech talent

“Recruiting would be easy if it wasn’t for the people” – Amy Miller.

Unemployment is down, compensation is up, and recruiters everywhere (especially in tech) are struggling to stand out in a sea of opportunities. How do you compete for the attention of high caliber tech talent with nearly unlimited options? Once you get them, how do you keep them engaged through the sometimes “crazy interviewing” processes? Can you really “win” against big companies and their excessive competition? In this webinar, you’ll hear from Amy about how to navigate the current tech recruiting climate without losing your mind.

Amy will share her tips and tricks across the full life cycle of recruiting. The webinar will cover:

  • Initial outreach—when less is actually MORE
  • Engaging and influencing—why should a prospective candidate talk to you anyway?
  • How to uncover competing offers (and what to do about it)
  • Closing for criers—how to win even when the candidate turns you down

Tune in for all this and more, including some pro tips on how to make your business partners recruit with you!
