Hello, my name is Sophia. I am a first generation Latina, graduate school graduate and corporate professional. Diversity, equity, inclusion and access to opportunity have always been important aspects in my life. Growing up in rural Idaho, diversity was scarce and access to opportunity was even further from that. I grew up believing I was an anomaly (soooo far from the truth). This is why I am passionate about bringing my own diverse talent and perspective into every space I enter, opening doors for others who have felt the same.
