    A pilot turned recruiter, Domina has been a full-cycle recruiter for 7 years and at Microsoft for 3.5 years. She has recruited for SWEs, TPMs, SREs, Content Devs, Azure Advocates, and non-tech roles and was managing Design recruiting for all of MSFT up until recently, but just took over being the lead recruiter for Azure datacenters. Recruiting is her second career love and she loves everything about recruiting be it building relationships with candidates, business leaders, and stakeholders. She is fond of finding people their dream job, the strategy, consulting and helping shape the skillset and culture of a team. Oh, and she loves the thrill of closing.  Her biggest strengths as a recruiter are building creative recruiting plans to meet demand, knowledge of competitors and closing. She is super passionate about candidate experience, diversity, and fast/efficient recruiting processes. Outside of work, she likes spending her free time wrangling her spirited toddler and Wheaten Terrier.
