Realistic Capability

Which team builds working solutions? What gets done in the space of a hackathon is a decent indication of the dependencies and level of effort that would be required to put the technology into production. This category is a way to quantify that.

Level of Innovation

Technology can be cool but not innovative-and vice versa. Apart from coolness "level of innovation" is our take on participants' awareness of other attempts to solve the same problem. Does it pull off something that hasn't been pulled off before?

Technical Difficulty

Is the project technically Impressive? Complex? Does it seem remarkable that someone could archive this hack in just a day or two?

General Scale

Each criterion is based on a scale of 1 to 5 making the total score achievable by a term, 20. The maximum scorer out of 20 will be a winner of the hackathon.
