Timelines

Hackathon registration 

Step 1: All participants must sign-up on the HackerEarth platform. EY GDS professionals must use their official email IDs to sign-up.

Step 2: All participants should register and fill in all the necessary details.  

Step 3: Once registered, participants should view all information related to themes, submission format, agenda, evaluation parameters and other relevant details on the hackathon page. 

Step 4: To proceed further, participants need to build their own team or join an existing team. EY GDS professionals must form a team with internal EY GDS professionals only.

31 July - 30 August

Phase 1: Prototype submission

Step 1: All participants must select one of the six themes.

Step 2: Once the theme is selected, participants must build their solutions offline on their respective systems.

Step 3: Participants must make their final prototype submissions in the requested format with all the necessary details.

EY webinars on hackathon themes

Join the webinars to know more about the themes and the overall hackathon objective. 

4 – 6 August

27 August - 2 September

Phase 2: Prototype optimization session with EY GDS professionals

All finalists will be invited to a prototype optimization session with EY professionals to discuss about fine-tuning of their solutions.

3 – 6 September

Phase 3: Virtual grand finale 

Divided over a span of two days, the grand finale will include:

  1. Presentation from all finalists
  2. Speech from leading professionals
  3. Fun activity sessions
  4. Winner announcement

7 – 8 September
