Shailendra is the Enablement Services Group Leader for Finance & Accounting, Risk Management and Procurement Services. He leads multiple teams across GDS Locations.

Shailendra has over 20 years of experience in setting up, growing and managing large Shared Services BPO/ KPO Operations - both captive and third-party. He has been in leadership roles in operations/ service delivery, sales, account management and advisory roles. He has many years of experience leading process excellence, transitions and business transformation teams. He has lived and worked in India and the US.
