Once you have defined these areas you can connect with companies interested in (1) recruit (2) give access to their API (3) do marketing and branding. Make a list of food companies, sponsor companies, and partners companies.Go to Linkedin and search for marketing managers, alliance managers etc. Crear a deck with the core information of the event and sponsorship slots. Be clear about your numbers and deliverables. Start your cold mailing and calling. Allocate at least 2 months to onboard the companies you want to have. Companies can give you (1) speakers (2) API's (3) money (4) swag, etc.
