This role is based in Risk IT/Risk Solutions Team at Gurgoan .

Your Responsibilities
As a Test Designer/ Senior Test Designer/Lead Test Designer your key responsibilities will include:

• Ability to work own complete testing deliveries independently.
• Create test specifications/test cases and perform testing activities for a data retirement strategy against an application to be decommissioned along with Data Reconciliation testing & data governance testing.
• Work/Task Management for testing team with accurate status reporting.
• Interacting with relevant stakeholders globally and regionally.
• Establishing a good connect with the relevant stakeholders and drive active collaboration with them to push forward the baseline agenda.
• A part of this role will require liaising with application owners, Business owners, Records Management, Archived Data Custodian and other Factory team members.
• Interacting with relevant stakeholders across functions / BUs globally / regionally (including pertinent forums) to represent and resolve ASP process execution quality risks / issues.
• Making the QA function continuously improve programme delivery efficiency, through process automation and other means.
• Helping to ensure that no decommissioning outside the ASP.

The Skills you’ll need
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:

• 3 to 12 years of Quality Assurance and Control experience.
• Strong IT experience in various phases of the SDLC, particularly in testing pertinent to DB, ETL, Informatica.
• Ability to write either of following PL/SQL, or VBA or PERL/Python/JAVA
• Able to define and generate Metrics and Measurement at a project level.
• Preferable for a prior knowledge on the bank wide infrastructure land scape and contacts.
• A strong background in understanding the Infrastructure allocation, utilisation and framework.
• Experience in Test Management tools like QC, JIRA
• Experience of executing global programs/functions.
• Proven exposure to identify bottlenecks and providing recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across technology teams.
• Proven analysis skills and the ability to effectively liaise with other teams.
• Ability to drive change and influence at all levels.
• Organized, methodical and thorough with a detailed and structured approach to problem solving.
• Flexible with the ability to multitask and co-ordinate with multiple locations.
