As per GUIDELINES: "By submitting a video, you hereby grant [Shell India Markets Pvt. Ltd. and affiliates ] a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license with rights to sublicense the video and submission by you or your team for these purposes."Question: If a team does not win a prize, still Shell will get license to IP rights of submitted code for free?

Can we analytically optimise this problem or we just use brute random guessing .Just want to know others opinion?

I want to know if two different teams can merge together? suppose I create a team now and later want to merge with another team's members so that new team consist of members of both teams (with number of members finally within limit). So, can we do that?
