Essential Skills:
- Proven Experience in test automation. Experience in open source automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Fitness.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language.
- Extensive testing experience with Web Based Application.
- Knowledge of standard QA processes, test plans, test case design, test case management ,defect management and reporting.
- Good technical skills including knowledge of operating systems, databases, sql , networking and application/Dbase servers is required.
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
- Experience of working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience in Mobile testing.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Agile & Scrum.
- Experience in CI tools like maven, Jenkins.
- Exposure to BDD/ATDD & tools like Jbehave, Cucumber.
- Knowledge of different types of automation frameworks.
- Performance and load testing experience.
- Blogger, conference speaker, author.
