Skills Required:
- Experience with very strong knowledge on Cloud (AWS preferred), Infra as Code (Terraform/Ansible preferred)
- Experience in CI/CD processes, tools and scripting
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services like EC2, RDS, EFS, EBS, RDS, ALB, NLB, WAF, API Gateway, Data Sync, CloudWatch alarm, VPC End Point, S3, Lambda, AWS Secret Manager, IAM, AWS KMS, AWS SSM, ECS, AWS MQ, Step Functions etc. and Cloud Formation template
- Experience in logging and monitoring solutions such as Elastic Search, Kibana, fluent, Logstash, AWS CloudWatch Metrics
- Experience in migrating on-premises workload in hybrid and multi cloud environment
- Experties in at least any one of the programming language/technology/framework – Java, Python, NodeJS or dot Net
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in Microservice architecture, cloud native application, docker containerization and Kubernetes platform (preferably EKS)
- AWS Certification
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Hands on experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, VPC, RDS, EFS, EBS, S3, Lambda, Cloud Watch
- Understanding of highly available falut tolerant architecture in Cloud
- Understanding the back up and disaster recovery solutions in cloud for compute and storage
- Hands-on experience in create and configure autoscaling environment
- Understanding of IAM user, role, group, permission policies and least access/priviledge policy and other security best practices in cloud. Basic understanding of the optimal solution and services in cloud to optimize the cost
- Working experience in (CI/CD) pipeline on AWS using CodePipeline and CodeDeploy services
- Work on integration of various tools required for complete automation
- Define and deploy systems for metrics and monitoring on the AWS platform
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and release for different AWS applications
- Troubleshoot systems and provide problem resolution for different applications and platforms
- Work with Customer to finalize the detailed requirement specification. Work with stakeholders including the Customer architect, Security teams to assist with any AWS related technical issues and support their needs.
- Mentor and groom team members in AWS services
- Development experience in any of the technologies like Java-J2EE, dot Net etc
