Guide - A social trend and feedback analysis tool that allows users to find out best places to live and properties to buy according to Internet trends and the feedback of existing house owners scrapped from all over the web along with a chrome extension that allow users to navigate through different listings and select their favorite one all using free flowing speech commands.
The chrome extension is called Bob and the trend analyzer is called Buddy.
For buddy, hash tags are used to leverage data about any latest housing trends on the social media which would then be scrapped and analyzed to give visual analysis of trends, location wise comparison and an overall score crunched by sentiment analysis of the feedback of existing owners.
Different feedbacks and ratings would be scrapped from the publicly available data on various reviewing sites and any social posts describing the same to populate the data bank which would then be processed using NLP to create the final data driven report.
This will allows house hunters to take advantage of the feedback of existing owners in making the perfect decision of buying the right home. The idea doesn't end at helping users find the right house. Every house needs to be decorated with love to turn it into a home and what is better than decorating it with the latest trending accessories. Our tool also scraps the data about various trending housing accessories and decorative items that will make their perfect house even more beautiful and help them always stay ahead with the latest trends.
As far as Bob is concerned, we all know how irritating it can get to scroll through different listing sites, select different options, fill different forms and just scroll down infinitely to find the right house. Well not anymore. Bob is a smart chrome extension that allows you to scroll down, up, open and close tabs, select different options, fill forms, search for stuff and a lot more things, all through your speech commands. The best part is you don't need to memorize any command to do these. It is trained with NLP to recognize anything you say and bind it with the right call back. So you can talk to it like you normally would to a human and it will follow your commands. For example saying , "scroll down", "move downwards", "get down", "go anti upwards" all do the same thing, that is, scroll down on the current site. It is built with keeping W3C standards in mind and work with all types of sites. It can prove to be a boon for differently abled people who are looking for houses and are not blessed as we are in terms of ease of access on the Internet.
