Hackathon registration Step 1: All participants and EY GDS mentors must sign-up on the HackerEarth platform. EY GDS mentors must use their official email IDs to sign-up. Step 2: All participants and EY GDS mentors should register and fill in all the necessary details. Step 3: Once registered, participants and EY GDS mentors should view all information related to themes, submission format, agenda, evaluation parameters and other relevant details on the hackathon page. Step 4: To proceed further, participants need to build their own team or join an existing team. To know more about the process, click here. |
27 October – 16 November |
Phase 1: Idea Submission Step 1: Participants must select one of the six themes and EY GDS mentors can select up to three themes. Step 2: Once the theme(s) is selected, participants and EY GDS mentors must build their high-level solutions offline on their respective systems. Step 3: Participants and EY GDS mentors must make their final idea submissions in the requested format with all the necessary details. For more details on how to make a submission, click here. |
3 November – 16 November |
Idea evaluations Click here to know more about the evaluation parameters. Based on the idea submissions, final EY mentorship alignment will be done for the selected participating teams. |
17 November – 20 November |
Phase 2: Pre-Finale - Prototype submission Step 1: Selected EY GDS mentors will provide mentorship and guidance to the selected participating teams. Step 2: Participants must build their solutions offline on their respective systems Step 3: Participants must make their prototype (minimum viable product) submissions in the requested format with all the necessary details. 9 November – 10 November |
Pre-Finale - prototype evaluations Click here to know more about the evaluation parameters. Pre-finale (Prototype evaluations) will be conducted through internal screening or a virtual presentation |
8 December – 11 December |
Phase 3: Prototype optimization session with EY GDS professionals All shortlisted pre-finalist/s will be invited to mentorship and prototype optimization session with EY business point of contact and shortlisted EY GDS mentors to discuss about fine-tuning of their solutions. |
11 December – 11 January |
Phase 4: Virtual grand finale Over a span of one day, the grand finale will include: 1. Presentation from all finalists along with their EY GDS mentors 2. Speech from leading professionals 3. Fun activity sessions 4. Winner announcement |
