Q1. What's the start and end date of registration?
A1. Registration will start from 15-Oct-2017 till 26-Nov-2017.

Q2. Is there any registration fee for the event?
A2. No.

Q3. Can I have team members from other organizations/departments/colleges?
A3. Indeed.

Q4. Can I participate alone? How many members are allowed in a team?
A4. Lone wolf eh? Of course you can participate in a team of 1. A team can have up to 3 members.

Q5. Is it possible for Freshdesk associates to participate in this Hackathon?
A5. No, there is a separate internal Hackathon for the same.

Q6. What is expected as deliverables for this hackathon?
A6. You need to build a working app that is built on the Freshdesk Developer platform along with appropriate screenshots and clear instructions.

Q7. Are there any areas I need to be proficient in?
A7. Javascript, HTML are all that is needed to build basic apps and in terms of innovation, pretty much any new age technology there is to be.

Q8. Who will own the IP on the prototype made by us?
A8. The app and IP will continue to rest with you.

Q9. Will I get a certificate that is recognized nationally perhaps for my participation?
A9. We will provide a 'Certificate of Participation' from Freshdesk for all the shortlisted teams alone.
