ABOUT THE WEBINAR
It’s a proven fact that diversity and inclusion in the workplace are good for business. Unfortunately, hiring diversity is an issue that has only recently begun to improve. Biases (even the unconscious ones) in the hiring process are one of the biggest road-blocks in improving the diversity at any workplace. A report recently noted that nearly 25% of managers are “too busy” to implement diversity initiatives. It may be true that managers have too much on their plates to handle on a given day, but the stat reveals just how small of a priority diversity hiring is and it's time we change this! On the panel for this session we have: 1. Domina McQuade, Technical Recruiter, Microsoft 2. Carl Narcisse, Sr. Technical Recruiter, Slack 3. Madison Butler, VP of People & Culture, Sourced Craft Cocktails 4. Alicia Jessip, Inclusion and Diversity Manager, TEKsystems
