• Team composition / background / what excites you about this space / plan to transition full time into this endeavor
• What does their envisioned product/service address/solve?
• How many people / livelihoods will they positively impact?
• Market size (TAM, SAM, SOM)
• Revenue model
• Potential customers / vendors and plan to acquire them – if they had any Pilots/Surveys to corroborate, even better
• A plan for building out their sales channels / rationale
• Competitive landscape/analysis
• Bottle necks / Challenges they envision
• Use of Proceeds – How do they plan on using the $100K and what milestones are they targeting to accomplish with the capital
