Janet Pope

Janet P. Pope is currently leveraging 12 years of consulting experience working with executive leadership teams to implement collaborative solutions that expand the reach and impact of Corporate Responsibility. She is responsible for continuing to cultivate a culture of inclusion by developing and delivering workforce engagement strategies that align directly with the business strategy, support people, protect planet, grow partnerships and embody overarching corporate values.

With a background as a technology transformation consultant, Janet brings a perspective anchored in the business value derived from access to information and data. Operationalizing a holistic definition of diversity and integrating inclusion, sustainability, and community to engage people across boundaries are critical to her. She is also leading Capgemini’s global efforts to mitigate unconscious bias, develop cultural competencies, create impactful global networks beyond gender, and analyze Capgemini’s quantitative and qualitative data to identify additional opportunities to grow, engage, and retain diversity in the talent pipeline.

Janet is the Director of the Corporate Responsibility program for North America at Capgemini, holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Duke University, a Diversity Management certification from the University of Houston, is a member of the Council of Advisors for the Wellesley Centers for Women and recently won the National Diversity Council’s DiversityFirst award in Houston, TX where she currently resides.

Andy Heppelle

Andy Heppelle, Capgemini - Accelerated Solutions Environment Leader in residence at the Applied Innovation Exchange, San Francisco (ASE lead at the AIE) Andy works at the nexus of business and innovation with Innovation minded executives served by the Capgemini Group: www.Capgemini.com , www.Capgemini-Consulting.com, www.Sogeti.com , www.Prosodie.com www.Fahrenheit-212.com. He does this as a lead practitioner of the Accelerated Solutions Environment’s patented methods to effect accelerated strategic decisions and results with and for innovative executives. In this work, Andy engages with clients, Capgemini technology and business specialists, trading partners, innovation hubs, academia and indeed any thought leaders and innovators necessary to find the best solutions, to apply the right ideas to generate the most value for clients. Andy has worked with and for thousands of clients in this way, including dozens of global fortune 100 clients on five continents. Christian Nahas

Christian Nahas is a Vice President and the HTEC Media & Entertainment & Hospitality (M&E) Subsector Lead at Capgemini. In this role, he is responsible for building and leading the team of consulting professionals that deliver world class services to our MEH clients. Other responsibilities include developing offerings specific and unique to Capgemini and creating go-to-market strategies and services around the MEH Industry.

Prior to Capgemini, Christian held executive roles at 2 Fortune 250 companies and was the CEO of a start-up company. In those roles, Christian gained experience in building and launching new businesses, fundraising, sales channel development, mergers and acquisitions; and in developing, communicating and executing successful strategic change in large organizations.

Christian is a graduate of Auburn University. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife of 17 years Mary Anne and their three children, Eva (14), Maggie (13) and Patrick (7). When he’s not working, you can find Christian at the soccer field, rock climbing or outside… doing anything active with his family.

Sidartha Kapila

Capgemini Global Account Executive, Cisco

Sidharth (Sid) Kapila is a Vice President with Capgemini’s Hi-Tech practice and is the Capgemini Global Account Executive for Cisco, responsible for overseeing the sales and delivery of Capgemini business at Cisco. He is also driving the 360 relationship coordination out of San Jose working with Capgemini and Cisco’s Partner / Alliance organization in identifying areas of collaboration for Capgemini and Cisco in the areas of Cloud, IoT and Security. Capgemini is one of the world’s leaders in Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing Services. Sid is also Capgemini’s North America Hi-Tech Industry Operations Leader. In the past he has held various leadership positions including Capgemini’s Western US leader for the Business Advisory Service Line. Sid has been instrumental in the integration of Capgemini’s consulting, technology and outsourcing businesses at Cisco.

Sid has 20 years of management and technology consulting experience. He has led several projects at clients like Cisco, HP, Microsoft, McKesson, Genentech, Catholic Healthcare West, ChevronTexaco, Bosch Consumer Electronics GE Capital and Wachovia. With a strong business process and financial background, Sid has helped clients achieve operational efficiency by leveraging leading practices and business process improvements. His consulting career has been focused on a range of Business and IT Transformation initiatives encompassing Strategy, Transformation Consulting, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Process Redesign, Large Scale Technology Implementation, Center of Excellence Launches and IT Portfolio, Program & Project Management. Sid has extensive experience in selling business value and deploying large scale IT solutions, conducting cost benefit, return on investment, and business case analyses to assist clients with large scale IT investment decisions. He assisted a major global software company with go-to-market campaign, marketing collateral and selling value to business decision makers. He also implemented a Supply Chain Event Management, Visibility and Business Intelligence solution for a large manufacturer.

Prior to Capgemini, Sid was an Auditor with Ernst & Young’s Assurance and Advisory Services where he performed financial audits for Financial Services, Consumer Products, Healthcare and Manufacturing clients. He later joined Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting practice and focused on the Hi-Tech and Financial Services industries.

Sid has lived and attended schools and universities in India, Japan and the US. Sid has a Bachelors and a MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Sid is married with two children and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jim Carroll

Jim Carroll is the Technology Director for Capgemini’s Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE). His experience lies with digital innovation, program management, business intelligence, and cloud computing. Furthermore, he is Proficient in multiple application development languages including C#, Java, VB, Javascript, Python, TSQL, etc. Although he joined Capgemini in May 2014, he has 28 years of experience managing successful integration of business solutions and innovative technology initiatives across Fortune 100 companies worldwide. He has lead program management, product development, and consulting teams all while receiving numerous leadership and industry awards. In fact, he is recognized as an industry leader in online technology innovation, visualization and customer experience improvement programs

In addition to all of this, Jim was the CTO for the first Cloud Integrator in Asia Pacific, founded in 2008. The company specializes in cloud migration technologies, including software as a service solution development as well as infrastructure as a service (IaaS) implementations. He lead a development staff of over 70 people across multiple continents.

Tom Lloyd

Tom's interest is in understanding how and why established groups impact whether new ideas flourish or wither so we can more effectively co-generate the future we desire. Design collaboration is at the heart of services Tom leads to addresses complex challenges in organizations navigating periods of rapid transformation. Six years as an Aerospace R&D Test Engineer and core team member of the Gossick Leadership Center provided a rich experience in the design-test iterative systems development process. In 1996, Tom joined Ernst and Young, LLC, to implement their vision of a global network of collaboration centers - Accelerated Solutions Environments (ASE) - serving consulting service lines and major industry accounts. The following five-year sprint resulted in the ASE delivery system globally growing to include ~30 centers (10x). In 2004, Tom transitioned into Healthcare when he joined the Vanderbilt University Medical Center to build their collaborative design service capability. Over the next decade plus, the collaborative design service worked with world-class biomedical and clinical informatics capabilities to innovate systems to improve personal health and clinical care, education, and research. Ultimately, these design services were delivered in 23 states and for clients ranging in scale from the Veteran Health Administration to start-ups like iCitizen. In the fall of 2014, Tom returned to lead the digital transformation of ASE services for Capgemini North America.

Dan Ford

Dan Ford is a Vice President at Capgemini responsible for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement and growth for Capgemini projects at U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), and U.S. Department of State (DOS).

Mr. Ford holds a ME in Logistics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from Davidson College. He is a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also ACTFL certified in advanced Mandarin Chinese.

Dan is passionate about the role of Technology in maintaining the United States’ position as a global leader. To this end, Dan volunteers his time with the MIT Club of DC where he serves as the science chair for the K-12 initiative focused on improving the participation and performance of younger students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).

Elizabeth Styba

Elizabeth Styba | Alliance Sales Development Manager | Global and Strategic Partner Organization |Cisco

Elizabeth (Liz) is a well-rounded IT professional with 20+ years of direct, indirect sales and alliance management experience in the IT and Telecommunications industries. Liz has held individual contributor and management roles in both manufacturing and reseller organizations, with a proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing partnerships.

As an Alliance Manager at Cisco, Liz is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth for Cisco and her partners, by leveraging the power of the Cisco Partner Ecosystem and creating new and innovative joint routes to market.

Prior to Cisco, Liz held various roles at Avaya (Lucent, Octel), and Norstan. Liz resides in Minneapolis, MN with her husband and daughter and in her spare time enjoys running, mountain biking and spending time with family and friends.

Tessa Mero

Tessa Mero is a Developer Evangelist for Cisco. She spends her extra time contributing on a leadership team for the Joomla! Project and has been involved with Joomla for the past 5 years. She runs the Seattle PHP Meetup and is the organizer of the Pacific Northwest PHP conference. On her free time, she likes to play video games, snowboard, and eat Korean food.

Austin Hyland

Austin Hyland is a Developer Evangelist for Cisco. He has a background in Networking, Security, digital forensics and Software Development. He loves working with technology and helping people find clever solutions to difficult problems. He spends his free time camping, traveling, taking pictures and meeting new people

Namasivayam Piraviperumal

Namasivayam Piraviperumal (Nama) is a Director and manages the GE Power, Renewables Energy account at Capgemini. In this role he is responsible for leading the sales and maintain customer relationship with our customer. He has led a lot of IoT (Internet of things) engagements for his customers. He likes to build digital solutions that can help his customers on their IIoT (Industrial internet of things) and digital journey. He has been with Capgemini for 16+ years. He is a master of computer applications graduate from Bharathidasan university, India and resides in Atlanta with his wife and 2 children.
