Gandhali currently works at GitHub leading Developer Ecosystem and Market Engagement charter. Spending over 20 years in IT, Gandhali has worked with several MNCs in India and abroad. Prior to GitHub, she spent 8 years at Microsoft with her last role being an Engineering leader focusing on strategic customers across Europe and Asia. A graduate in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, Gandhali holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has a creative and influential style of leadership.

Annie is an active contributor to industry and governments. She has held multiple board positions as first woman President of HIMSS APAC India chapter and founding board member of Startup Village Kerala. She leads Code; Without Barriers with the mission of enabling a more inclusive Cloud and AI tech industry.

Annie has received accolades including nomination to Sthree Shakthi (notable women) award in Science and Technology and was honored by the Chief Minister of Kerala for her work with the Startup ecosystem. She’s passionate about empowering women and democratizing technology.

Justin Baird

CTO, APAC, Microsoft

Justin Baird is a CTO for Microsoft in APAC focused on digital native businesses.  A Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, he brings over twenty years of management and high-tech experience, in areas ranging from research and development engineering, analog and digital engineering, embedded systems development, hardware and software product management, high speed digital networks, large scale audio processing systems, mobile and web application deployment, interactive multimedia technologies, agile team management, and social impact platforms.  He holds multiple U.S. Patents, and has written a number of technical papers within these areas of research.

Vincent Kok

Microsoft Technical Trainer, APAC Vincent has full passion on technology, constant learning, and keeping himself current with latest technology to apply it in the community. He was a product & sales manager and Chief Trainer working along with an AI unicorn company based in Shenzhen (UBTECH Robotics) to advocate the best practice of AI Robotics solution from UBTECH Robotics in the Education sector. His main areas of focuses are AI + Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Cloud & Edge Computing, and Community Building. Rafferty Uy

Senior Cloud Architect and Leader

Rafferty is a cloud architect and business leader with more than 16 years in technical sales, solution delivery and IT operations. He is an MBA graduate of the National University of Singapore. He holds various technical certifications in .Net, Scrum, ITIL, and the Microsoft Cloud (Azure, O365, D365).

Currently, he serves as a senior cloud architect of the Microsoft Technology Centre, Asia Pacific. As a trusted technology advisor, Rafferty helps customers adopt the cloud successfully through C-level advisory and engineering-level workshops, architecture design sessions, hackathons, and rapid prototyping. In addition, Rafferty also coaches customers in agile and DevOps adoption, as it is a crucial ingredient for enterprises to innovate in the cloud successfully.
