Selection Process
There will be 3 rounds of selections:
- Monday July 30
- Monday August 20
- Wednesday September 19
Company Track
A panel of jurors will select the 20-25 most promising teams that registered in the Company Track. These teams will be timely notified and receive invitations to the physical hackathon in Brussels.
The earlier you apply, the higher your chances of being selected. Or: Don't wait too long to send in your projects! And remember: If your idea is not shortlisted during the first screening session, it might very well be selected during one of the following sessions. So keep calm and just go for it another time.
Open Track
A panel of jurors will select up to 50 people to take part in the Open Track. The objective is to put together a diverse mix of people. So don't be afraid of being the stranger in the crowd. That's what we want. The same timing guideline applies to you: Early applications are very recommended. You can choose whether or not to submit a project idea.
