The Accenture Hack Diva challenge was a women-centric programming challenge targeted at women students interested in technology to showcase their problem-solving skills and compete with their peers across the country. The event aimed at bringing together some of the brightest engineering students and celebrating women who are passionate about technology. There were three online rounds and languages tested included C/ C++, Java, Python, C#, Pascal, Ruby, and Perl.

There were 5,600 registrations and 4,290 women took part in the challenge. Accenture was able to shortlist the top 12 candidates who were invited to the Accenture facility and felicitated at an event.
Using this platform, Accenture was able to successfully gauge talent among women in technology and identify potential candidates who could contribute to the business in the long run.
