Ross Green

Ross Green is the Founder, Executive Director of Music Seeds International. Music Seeds International (MSI) works with disadvantaged youth using music as the tool to educate, heal, and empower.

In the 80’s, as a singer in Western Canada, Ross was awarded recording grants through the A.M.P. (Alberta Music Project) and FACTOR (Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent on Record) to pursue his original music. In 1998 he completed his first CD, ‘Biting the Hand’, and more recently, 'Life in a Spiral' - both of which can be heard on Bandcamp. 100% of the funds from sales of his music go directly to Music Seeds International.

Since 1998 Ross has worked in Video, TV and Film production as an editor, cameraman, and lighting technician. That background combined with his ability to write, record, and mix music gives him a uniquely broad skill, perfect for facilitating programs in the field.

Vincent Castaignet

Vincent is the Co-founder and CEO of Musicovery. He is a serial entrepreneur of projects in music and finance, leveraging innovation, with a focus on how to best combine smart data and UX. In 2006 he co-founded of one of the first music streaming service, and smart radio by mood (Musicovery).

Andrew Dubber

Andrew Dubber is the director of Music Tech Fest (next major festival at KTH Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm, September 2018), an advisor to Bandcamp, Stromatolite and Sonaris and is the founder of New Music Strategies, a pan-European digital music strategy think tank and consultancy group. He is the author of Music In The Digital Age (2012), Radio in the Digital Age (2013), Understanding the Music Industries (2012), The 20 Things You Must Know About Music Online (2007), and is the editor of The 360 Deal (2013), which features the advice of 360 top music business professionals for young people just starting out in the music industries.
