Ideation Phase

Submission: A Presentation including the details below

  • Problem Statement: Clearly define the problem or challenge that your idea aims to address. Provide context and background information to help the judges understand the significance of the problem.
  • Solution Overview: Present a high-level overview of your proposed solution. Explain how your idea tackles the problem statement and provides a meaningful solution. Highlight the unique aspects or innovative features of your solution.
  • Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the value and benefits that your solution brings to the target audience or users. Explain how it addresses their pain points or improves their current situation.
  • Feasible: How will this be implemented?
  • Unique: How is this different than what is currently in the market (differentiator)?
  • Impact and Sustainability: Highlight the potential impact of your solution in terms of sustainability and its contribution to the overall theme of the hackathon. Discuss any environmental, social, or economic benefits it may bring.
  • Team Introduction: Introduce your team members and their roles in the project. Highlight their relevant skills, experiences, or expertise that contribute to the success of your idea.

Development Phase

Each team must submit the following items:

  1. Presentation (PPT):
    • Reiterate the core problem you're addressing and explain how your prototype offers a solution.
    • Provide an overview of your project.
    • Key technical features of your project.
    • Technology stack.
    • Architecture / workflow diagram.
    • Challenges and Future Improvements.
  2. Demo Video (2 - 4 minutes):
    • Showcase your working prototype, highlight the main functionality and user flow.
    • Upload your video to GitHub and share the link.
    • Ensure the link has public viewing permissions.
  3. Code Repository:
    • Share your GitHub / GitLab repository link.
    • Include a clear and descriptive README file (setup steps, usage instructions, dependencies).
  4. Deployed / Live Link (Optional but Preferred)

Ensure that your submissions provide a comprehensive understanding of your project's idea and its prototyped solution, considering the outlined evaluation criteria.
