Overview

The School of Computing and Information Technology with an aim of encouraging and providing a platform for students to show case their talents and innovative ideas in developing Projects through Coding and using Latest Technologies, took an initiative to conduct Hackathon once in every academic year.

First Hackathon event was organized in 2016, Second Hackathon event was organized on 9th & 10th May 2017 based on the Theme “Environment-Green Computing” The School of Computing and Information Technology organized Third 24 Hours National Level Hackathon Event on 3rd & 4th November 2017 and was officially named it as HACKFEST 2017 with having Four Themes:

• Cyber Security for Children
• Applications for Higher Education
• Applications for Physically Challenged
• Remote Sensing Application for Smart Cities
