I am eager to participate, rules of the game kya hai?

Any Indian resident or entity registered in India can participate. The size of the team registering for the event should not exceed 5 members and once you enter the contest, teams cannot change the members.

The hackathon has three phases.

Phase 1: Submit that crazy idea by 10th Mar 2020

Register for the challenge and submit your idea with the following minimum information. At this stage you need to keep it short, simple and attract our attention!

Question	Possible description
Problem Statement	What are you going to solve?
Idea Title	What's the big idea?
Idea Description	What are you building in order to solve the big problem? Who are its competitors and how is your solution different from the rest?
User Scenarios	Where can the solution be used? Give a brief description of a few core user scenarios where your solution can fit? Who is the intended audience for your solution? What will be the impact & effectiveness of the solution?
Team Composition	Background of team and who does what?
Experience	Have you ever participated in such a competition before? Have you developed any software/ application before? Do you have payments experience before?
Optional	Any other information (PDFs, Video etc.)

50 Teams that manage to get our attention, have a disruptive idea, show a committed team and are willing to co-implement will be invited to the next round. Announcement of shortlisted teams will be made on 15th Mar’20.

We will visit the following cities for Q & A sessions & interactions with you. We would love to have a coffee with you, talk about your innovation and provide clarifications. If you can’t make it, you can join us in one of the webinars.

The top 5 teams will be announced on May 11, 2020 and all the participating teams will receive a certificate of participation & Thank You from us.

Phase 3: Prototype Presentation (online on 25th June‘20)

The 5 Shortlisted teams will get (if required) technical, compliance & other know-how support from realme paySa, NPCI and HDFC Bank for developing a solid prototype. It’s time to take the dream very close to reality and we will help you get there with each team having a mentor for 4 weeks.
