In the intensifying war for talent and the increasing reality of free agents in the gig world, attracting and retaining talent has gone beyond a currency game. Every dollar draws a dollar more for the right talent.
What then can secure your talent bench and keep a healthy pipeline?
The webinar will seek to explore the overwhelming role of the more subtle elements that make or break organizations in the VUCA times we live in. In a fast-changing, multi-generational demographic mix, how does purpose and culture matter, if at all? How is the role of leadership changing as you ready yourself for talent wars? What really makes a brand for talent – the person or the company? How does the definition of “career” need to change in these times? And is it all about the workplace?
The webinar will explore some sharp provocations and make some possible invitations. While there are no perfect answers, the contest between the eternal
optimists and the perennial pessimists will continue. The webinar will get one of the
sharpest HR minds today, Prabir Jha, to help unravel the mystery as only he can.
