This webinar defines the three most fundamental interpersonal skills – listening, assertiveness, and conflict management – and describes how effective communication is at the core of positive interpersonal relationships. Dr. Vijay Lakshmi Singh is part of the Faculty of Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. She completed a Fellow Program in Management (FPM) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Her Ph.D. thesis on Job Crafting has been internationally acclaimed and won the Best Student Paper Award at the AoM-HR Division Conference, 2014. She has also been recognized as an Outstanding Reviewer by the Academy of Management (AoM), USA.
