About Hosts:

As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Global e-Commerce at Walmart, Jeremy has been on the forefront of cloud computing and brings over 20 years of experience to his position. Jeremy’s focus has been on highly available and scalable web technologies, engineering methodology and productivity, and developing SaaS technology platforms and presentation layer frameworks to support global e-commerce operations. Since joining Walmart in 2011, Jeremy has led the product, engineering, and web ops teams charged with developing Walmart’s online business on a global scale as the company moves to the next generation of e-commerce. Jeremy received a B.S. in Information Technology from San Jose State University.

K Jayakumar is the Vice President and Managing Director of Walmart GTS India and drives Walmart GTS India strategy and key initiatives. Jaya has over two decades of experience in the hi-tech space and brings a deep understanding of business imperatives coupled with hands-on expertise in all aspects of technology management. Prior to joining Walmart, he served as Managing Director and Vice President Engineering for Ariba, India.
