challenge statement:Real-Time, Personal Monitoring Device for Pregnant Women in Remote Areas Approach -My team designed and developed a low cost, portable, light, personal device, used by non-practitioners or the patients themselves in very remote areas to monitor wellbeing of mother and unborn child in real time. The system was capable of monitoring the Placental separation,Fetal wellbeing,Hypertension ,Fetal abnormalities / Fetal presentation and Mother wellbeing.The form factor of the device was a wearable belt and had an interface to an App .
